UEFA Champions League QF L1 - 7/8 April ***Spoilers***

Anyone else hate the ITV coverage? Pleat on about facebook, hulk, wazza and perfect 'volleying techniques'. These two muppets need the sack.

really can't stand pleat, just talks absolute rubbish the majority of the time....it's like he has had a stroke and half his brain is dead.

is there a better passer in world football at this time than Cesc??? just a crazy talent in that kid and so calm on the ball even with all the football he has missed this season.

walcott is still the most frustrating player in the arsenal squad by a country mile, please Wenger break the bank and sign Ribery in the summer....i have no faith in Walcott developing further ...sell him while he is still worth something.

great result although we really should have nabbed that 2nd, that would have been a steal after only being 1 down at 1/2 time.

Disappointing but apart from that Hulk guy I didn't see anything to worry me for the second leg.

Tighten the defence up, and take some chances, I think we should be fine.

Have the kids on weds otherwise i'd have made it down to London to watch it. If we make it through going to hit the credit card for some semi final action.

Should've had a penalty and very unlucky to only get the draw.

and Utd where just as unlucky in the 1st half as well - with a similar (marginal call)..... given the player collided with Tevez's thigh

Porto played very well indeed - although helped massively by awful Utd defending

Back pass was a complete gift but Utd where unlucky not to score a couple of other times and Tevez's goal was excellent

If you couldn't beat Porto at home and I don't see why you'd be more confident of beating them away? Not saying it won't happen, but Porto have shown they aren't pushovers.

when you couldn't even beat them at home???

strange thing to say from someone whos suposed to know about football! cant believe 3 of you have said kinda the same thing, good job players dont think like that, it will be a new match, on a new day. AND we have the quality and are more than capable of beating them, now show your confused face.

You'd don't think the Porto players will feel the same?

Silly little mistakes really, I think now United know what they're facing it won't be a problem. Once they'd gotten used to Porto in the second half it was much better.

There were also a number of our attacks that Porto just decided they were going to disrupt with fouling, both unpunished and not.

Well that was ****, from having the best defense in the world 4 weeks ago we have crumbled to some sunday league midget team. At least we will go full throttle in Porto, no cagey rubbish just attack attack attack...promises to be a good game.

And the majority of Porto fans will think they are 'more than capable' of beating you at home, Porto are in the driving seat at the moment, home tie to come and two away goals.

Open your eyes

You've been playing awful for weeks, your defence looks atrocious, you've been outplayed tonight, Porto have never been beaten by an English team on home soil and they're unbeaten in all competitions since November...

Don't think Arsenal were even close to their best, very average performance filled with a lot of poor passing and poor first touches. Never really got hold of the game once but that was mainly down to Villareal starting out with such a ridiculous tempo. Having said that, 1 - 1 was a great result and now Villareal have to come and open up on a bigger pitch and I think Arsenal might have them at home.

Adebayor was pretty useless all night, but my god that finish was absolutely top class.
