hehe yep! one of the advantages of cross ups is when they are done at the perfect distance, it's very hard to tell which side they are going to land :D

I was up to 4 and came up against a guy who set the match to 30 sec, 1 round.

Didn't notice and he beat me by the smallest margin by time out.

To top it off he sent a message saying "haha newb".. :rolleyes:
 
I just put input display on in training mode and christ these Sanwa buttons will get pressed practically by looking at them, they are extremely sensitive compared to the MadCatz.
 
You also shouldn't flick the Sanwa sticks to do a fireball etc or you'll get: D DF F B directional inputs :p

The entire Sanwa setup is designed for precise and delicate motions, hence the default square gate (without touching the edges) rather than riding an octagonal one.

I'm not going to get that besides I don't think it would work anyway, personally I feel anyone using anything other than the ps3 pad is cheating :p

I've played so many turtlers today I've had to go off, christ I spent all my time today chasing people down, the most recent was a Zangief who I 3-0'd. (and for some reason he kept taunting me even though I was playing the match exactly how Balrog should)

Wish they'd remove Zangief from the game to be honest, the most mind numbing character to fight in the game.

Great games Plexman, they were really challenging :)

I wasn't able to play gainst anyone else today, doing search brought back a list of people with no bars on the connection quality. Plex and I also notice some people playing champion mode on Xbox Live and were wondering what that was.

Yes really really good games tonight. Learnt a good few things. Seems like we now have a good few players on OcUK now. Hope they sort live out so we can have a player room where we all take turns to play each other like hdremix.

Has anyone ever ordered from gamestop usa? they have TE sticks in stock looks around £120 delivered to the uk but is there a customs charge on that and do usa controllers even work on pal xbox ?
