Urgent Projector Assistance Needed please . . .

some of you may know that we are involved with a charity - www.aartihome.com and next week (wednesday 22nd April 2009) we are doing a big presentation in the Glastonbury Town Hall.

At the very last minute the people who said that they would be able to do our projector presentation etc for us (DVD and a load of photographs) have pulled out.

We are prepared to fully insure all the equipment etc and are totally competant in the use of such equipment too.

Is there anyone who can . . .

a - lend us a projector and a screen for the 22nd April 2009
b - come and do our "projecting" for us

Beer money, an official mention and a meal in it for your generous help!

i thought i would just say i feel for you dude plus have your tried asking the local university or college for any help. i didnt leave this message to give you hope but consolidation if ur efforts are in vain for this presentation

Was just going say i have a Mitsubishi HD4900 and do visuals and was wondering what you exactly needed but if your sorted

I hope we are sorted - dont know 100% until we see the projectors over the next coupole of days . . .

basically we are doing the presentation in the Town Hall (quite a big space) to about 100 people so it needs to be bright and as clear as possible.
