He's simply put what he wants to say in an online translater, and he has no idea of knowing if what comes out is accurate.

He's saying please let him know how much it costs to send the item to him, and hey, who knows, if you do him a good deal and ever find yourself in his area he'll be happy to show you around.

Couldnt you work that out without asking internetz? :p
 
I don't think Chinese translates very well word-for-word into English. He is also probably using one of those on-line translators which usually don't work anyway.

Still weird though.
 
The sun never setting thing is a reference to Britain. There was an old saying back in Victorian times that the sun never sets on the British Empire.

(because God wouldn't trust an Englishman in the dark)

History/use of crap sayings must have improved since my day. I'm 30 and never heard of it.

Or, because the Empire was so large that all of it would never be in the dark (after a bit of research)
