Nintendo First Party Title on the Way

The only reason i still have my Wii is for the nintendo 1st party games and it looks like theres another not to far away.

Luigi's Mansion was a really good game IMO even though it was met with quite poor reviews if I recall correctly.

OR maybe Nintendo can actually do some work and come up with a new IP, rather than rolling out another sequel/spinoff.

Or they could roll out Wiicleaning or something and basically print money.

But i, and many others, don't want a new IP. Zelda, Mario, Pikmin and DK are all tried, tested and reliably great IPs (apart from the latest zelda which was just good imo).

If i'm honest i don't trust games on the Wii anymore, i've been bitten far too many times by crap, gimmicky titles. It is because of this that i haven't invested in new IPs (No More Heroes and that black and white game made by sega). I want something i KNOW i'll like before i even considering spending money from my PS3 fund on a wii title.

I'm sure i'm not alone in my feelings.

The Wii is pretty much dead for me already, not bought any games for it in ages, only ever used to play GameCube games these days.

they are 2 house of the dead game's one is 2+3 ported over the other one is a new game.

While i would like to see a new zelda game with the new zelda ds game coming out this year im not getting my hopes up, if any thing Nintendo might be taking about pilotwing or starfox

ooooh that would be soooo goooood, Maybe a Wiiware Lylat wars style game. I even enjoyed Starfox adventures though many didn't.

Hopefully it's something that will make me want to buy a Wii more, I'm already tempted just for a few games, I'm sorry, I like Mario Strikers and SSMB
