Core contact or Artoc Freezer extreme for E5200

Which is the best cooler for this price (about £32)?

All other things being equal I'd prefer the idea of the freezer extreme (fins before and after the fan) but if the core contact is actually better i'll have that...

I'd like to keep whatever I get in the future and maybe use it on a quad phenom (or equivelent) after the e5200.

My cooler (including the Crossfire bracket) as in sig. cost less than that, all in.
