Hi,

Does anyone here watch the American Hell's kitchen with Gordon Ramsay? I liked it a lot, because I love cooking, and this is the only reality TV show I like. One thing I was wondering about the winners, if they really get the prices that they were promised.

Heather didn't become executive chef, but senior chef in a different restaurant. I couldn't find much about Michael, but he doesn't work in the restaurant that was promised to him. Rock isn't chef either any more, he works as something else.

a bit disappointing, I mean........
 
no different to any reality tv show to find someone for a job.
just look at xfactor etc or the apprentice.
 
I've been watching this (not as bad as I thought it'd be actually)and I can't believe they all cried so much about killing a bloody eel... it's beyond pathetic.

And jesus ****ing christ Jodie needs a good kicking, crying on camera because fishing brought back good memories of his childhood? What a pleb.
 
The American version is way too "Americanised".

Every episode follows the same formula.... Turns up, place in disrepair, losing money, loads of arguments, chef finally comes around, mega success. Rinse and repeat for every episode.

It's getting pretty boring now.

Rubbish, his swear at the camera act is getting very tired. MPW is far more intimidating without saying a word. Think he wants to nob Danielle Bux this year...and fair play, so would I. A year younger than me and grew up on a welsh council estate? By all logic, she should be mine! Damn you, you crisp-munching buffoon, Linekar!:mad:

I think MPW wants to knob the presenter though.
