I really think that if bothering with an M3, you may as well splash the extra couple of grand which it takes to get a perfect one. The one in the OP is faar too expensive for a bad one.

Can get "perfect spec" as above for around £14k (Black, Red leather, Cabrio, SMG, 16:9, 19's). Hardly much extra to pay...

And oh lord, M3 Cabs are so nice with red leather.
 
Not that exact car, i just picked a nice picture :) That actual car is a manual too, and is more expensive due to ultra low miles and the late reg.
 
This is probably a stupid question, but what does 16:9 refer to in M3 terms? Is it the widescreen version? :D
 
It should be law that all E46 M3s are fitted with CSL alloys. They set the car off sooooooo much better than the standard specced alloys.

IMO ofc.
 
Don't buy it! it'll drain your pocket and make your licence gain lots of points.

The interior's a beauty, the specs great and I do believe it'll do 50+ to the gallon.

I know this, daft posts apart, Fido does know his stuff (despite doing a good job of convincing otherwise!) - I've had the misfortune of regarding him as a good friend for many many years...... :)

O/T Why fit a TV to an M3? surely all the entertainment you'll need is available from behind the wheel?

There are bargain M3s out there, the OP I wouldn't bother with that one the interior is so vile!
