Aston DB7 cut up a 997 at the end of a straight and smacked the side of the 997. Not sure what the closing speed was. Front wheels popped off the Aston and it was left on the grass in the middle of the track for the rest of the day. 997 was able to drive off.

That turbo is a write off and I would suspect so is the Aston. I'd take the pics off Nick, never good form but interesting none the less ;) I hope they both had insurance and rare to see 2 cars collide like that on a track day.

Yeah, was waiting for you to have a nose before an edit ;)

Really hope they both have insurance - never seen a collision on a track day before, and it's pretty difficult to top that in terms of value :eek:
