Jackie Chan is nothing in a real fight, hes a clown.
If you watch any of the outtakes you'd see he has no real poise or situational awareness - he just goes for it and if he doesn't make it first time, he just goes straight back at it again
If Bruce Lee is even half the rumours the other 2 simply aren't in his league.

how do you know he doesn't have power? You're basing what you say on the films that have portrayed the other two to have power
he fights in tournaments, I think that puts him ahead of the other two
Don't underestimate jackie chan... hes a clown, but like most clowns thats a front behind the mask they are either cowards or lions... if it came to a no holds barred fight I don't think jackie chan would be running away*... that said I couldn't call a fight between jet li and chan.
* aside from teh fact I believe his training is to avoid fights you don't have to get into but thats another matter.
Bruce Lee would win but Jackie Chan/Jet Li sure are good however a better comparison would be Bruce Lee vs Hwang Jang Lee(this guy does absolutely insane kicks he even killed a guy on set with one kick!) or Benny The Jet Urquidez.
Sonny Chiba was pretty good in his days too, if i remember he has about 4-5 martial arts forms mastered which is pretty impressive.
