Tuna in...

I prefer brine, had it since I was a kid so use to its taste, hated the spring water and bought some in oil and I nearly puked when I had some, awful taste and texture, the no drain stuff is too dry.

I love it in oil, tastes soo good.

If I make a tuna pasta bake and have some left over tuna I soak it in olive oil :D

I'm trying low-carb, high protein, but prefer the taste with sunflower oil, not keen on spring water.
Which one- sunflower/brine/spring water is best for low-carb diet?
Also I find add some worcester sauce makes it taste good!

Altho Tuna is rich in Omega fish oil which is very good for humans I was annoyed to discover that in most tinned Tuna it has practically all been pressed out unlike tinned Salmon which somewhat devaluates Tuna as a healthy food option .
Suffering from back problems myself I eat a lot of oily fish which does make a huge difference.
I suppose the Omega3 oil in capsules has to obtained from somewhere

Brine

olive oil

sunflower oil?

Whats the best, in terms of low fat. Just had some in olive oil with a little cheese and salad + salad cream for a snack.
I don't understand why you're asking the question?

You say "what's the the best in terms of low fat. Just add some pure fat and a load more fat and salad"?

Tuna is a bit rubbish compared to other fish because it doesn't have any fat in it, if you're going to eat some fat then you want it from fish for sure??

lmfao :P

fella, you are being a bit more vocal again, been missing you :p
how's things, you back training yet?
Aww shucks big fella, you're making me blush :o:D

Started back today, it's been exactly 6 months since I last trained so I followed the doc's orders to the T. Been chomping at the bit but I made myself wait. I've got 2 weeks off work now so the perfect time to ease in and suffer those lovely DOMS

So humbling at the gym, did some Inc DB's and then straight into Gironda's, I did 6 reps, then 3, then 3 lol!
