I'm all for the small LAN parties amongst friends, but looking at that video sure makes me glad I never went when I played in clans.

If anyone fancies a smaller, more "friendly" LAN where all games are for fun rather than the tourney-biased nature of i-series and the gamers are a bit more mature and "sensible", then come along to epic.TWO (see sig)

You see, unfortunately, thats where you're wrong but you wont ever know it because you wont try it. A significant minority are kids running around making idiots of themselves.

I know an awful lot of regular goers to these events, at least 90% being between 18-30 and most having a decent full time job, all of which are responsible adults just there to have a good weekend. If you want to go hang around with the younger crowd and mess about thats fine, if you dont you really dont have to.

Oxy, most people there would be mature than to have your sig :\

It's the old CentralanUK gang - Winbar, MurrayMint, Inferno, Saboo, Swyft, Nivek, Dunceantix, Angelus etc

Come along mate, you won't be disappointed. The first one last month was superb

I've dropped my son off at the last 3 i's (downloading the video to see if he's on it) and i must say from what i've seen it looks good fun. If i was younger (40) or had some like minded gaming mates i would consider going myself. My son (14) won't let me go with him

You're only as young as you feel. I'm 41 and still going to a few LANs every year - don't see any reason to stop any time soon
