How about the well documented mass starvation ? Is that just a bit behind the times too ? or awful like all the other places that have millions of starvation related deaths are awful ?

But there are still many things wrong with the UK and we are failing future generations, I do really wonder what type of country my two children are going to grow up in.

You're judging a whole country based on a few photos. I live in Southampton and trust me, if I took 6 photos and put them on the internet saying "Here is the UK" no-one would ever visit. Chavs infest it, it's noisy at night with drunken students stealing signs and throwing up everywhere and it's run down in a lot of places with single mums everywhere. To top it all off it has more expensive rent than places like Bournemouth!

I'm also working in london for a month and I can go a whole day here and not see anyone smile! Bunch of miserable people!!

a good friend of mine went to NK last week, his second visit! he went there last year, he took at least 100 pictures, most of them are really amazing

i'll ask him to make online album when he gets back from new zealand next month
