Im on 2mb broadband and I just phoned to upgrade to 10mb he said that would cost me an extra £5 a month.....But he then said if I upgraded to 20mb that would only cost me £1 extra a month!!! Pretty good deal

hold on is tht 21 quid for the first 3 months. Over phone companies do that a lot and they dont state its not pernament.

I was paying £15 for 2 mb + £5 to upgrade to 10mb + £1 to upgrade to 20mb = £21

I'm paying £18 for a 1mb line. 1mb is the best I can get here. Service is actually for a max of 8mb.

It does. Add onto that the overuse fees and it's hard to stick with it. No way am I paying for unlimited on a 1mb line.

That really sucks, I'm paying £18 for 2Mb which I think is unlimited, but I know that even that is a rip-off really.
Do you live somewhere really out of the way or something?

All 2mb virgin connections are getting upgraded to 10mb anyway.
