Hi all,

I've destroyed my PSU, I don't think I got one with enough umph...
Corsair HX 520W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU

To run:

Abit P35 Pro with Q6600 + Artic Pro 7
4gb Corsair DDR2 6400
Asus lightscribe DVD
and a Samsung F1 750gb drive, two of my existing 150GB drives (WD)
Corsair HX520
And a OC 8800GTS

Can you recommend which I need without the risk of burning out another one?

I see the 650 is on offer, but would I be better just going for the 850 and having done with it, or is that too much?

Thanks!

i have the 700W OCZ GameXStream, and it powers everything in my sig perfect (i have a 4x120mm fans inside + extras like printer, bluetooth etc) - works fine for me.

there is a psu calculator online somewhere, but its not very accurate. would you be overclocking, if so best to get slightly higher then you intend for that extra margin if needed.

Hi, that sounds very dissapointing, thought it was my fault.

I did start an RMA but they insisted I sent it to the netherlands recorded delivery for £50, I only paid £70 ish for it... a lot of money if it turned out my rig blew it, but if it is faulty, well, still a lot of money, the problem with buying online hey!
