Customer service second to none

I emailed OCuk customer services today to thank them for all there help in regards to getting a payment issue resolved and asked if they could include a case badge for me to use on my new build which they are willingly doing, but are also sending me a copy of FarCry 2!

I have honestly never known any company to take such good care of its customers and can only stress that other firms should take notes from the guys at OcUK on how real customer service is done!

And before the grammar police get started please dont, honestly whats the point it doesnt make those of us who dont hold such an amasing grasp of the English language feel any worse about ourselves, only makes you all seem like you have nothing better to do with yourselves.

Farcry 2 may not have been my game of choice but as my old dad used to say "Its better than a kick in the knackers" Besides its very refreshing to see a company willing to go that extra mile for its customers.

That was what I was getting at.

Always thought they looked rather tacky.

Although my Antec LANboy case many years ago came with a raised up Antec one which was pretty cool. Also the case looked odd without it as there was a square on the door for where it should go.

It's not a terrible game, its just a massive let-down from what it could have been.
One play-through isnt that bad really, the range of guns and quantity of explosives does cheer me up sometimes.

I'm sure they won't want them cluttering the place up, especially with a move coming up.

Theres a home for a copy here if they feel thus inclined.
