Sausages, should I eat them?

I worked with a chef who came from the highlands of Scotland who had a saying ... "If in doubt, throw it out. If it's aff, serve it tae staff":D

Al;)

You can't perform the simple task yourself when telling if food is off? So you'd rather ask the internet, who don't know where the food has been stored or what it looks like.

Edit: Why has my sig been removed after being there for near 2 years?

No, unfortunatly I dont have access to microscopes and other various testing equipment like you have to determin how bad these sausages have gone off.

They where stored in a fridge where the **** do you think they where stored....

Some people

They where great anyway guys :D, I forgot to take a pic tho of my art work :(

Unfortunatly I dont have microscopic vision like most people seem to have.

You don't need microscopic vision to look at a sausage. If it's blue or green, shrivelled and smells bad, it's off. If it's sausage coloured and smells okay, it's fine. Put it this way, if you have to ask if it's off, chances are, it's not.

Lucky for you, you don't need access to such equipment. The rest of the world gets by fine for simple tasks like this.

They don't automatically inject some form of toxin at midnight you know. It's one day for ****s sake, just cook 'em and eat 'em.
