Said goodbye to the S2000 yesterday and was very bored today so decided to go on a little road trip!

Excellent tunes for the journey...check!

Ok sorry for the misleading thread title (and the dirty car!) :p :

MR2 still plodding along nicely and has his 20th birthday in a few months! Still very good fun to drive, especially in this weather! Apologies in advance for the groanworthy thread :p

Looking good!

Where abouts in Beds are you from? I drive past the hangars quite often when going for a drive. I'm from Leighton Buzzard by the way :)

How come you sold the S2000 so soon?

Ickle baby on the way so need the money and the seats!

I live in Ampthill so not a million miles away from you at all!

What on earth is going on with the bumpers on your MR2?

They were like that when I bought it, was used as a track toy by the previous owner and was its intended use for me when I bought it, so they don't look that flattering but I'm not overly fussed by them

Was just confused about what has been done to them - never seen one like that before.

I thought bumpers were needed to pass an MOT?

Indeed, nothing was brought up about it at all when it was MOT'd...just the extensive rust underneath!

Small world, drove through Ireland myself yesterday dropping someone off who's car had broken down, just in Shefford myself :D

Ahh, cardington hangers, I visit a site very close to those hangers on occasion and they are very impressive!

I like the MR2, looks like you had a nice drive :)
