Ok so I've got my hands on a set of Dumbbells/barbell to do something different as I'm getting bored of pushups all the time. I've got a couple of different websites saved along with a poster thing the weights came with showing loads of different exercises, my question is which exercises are most useful? And in what order should they be done? I haven't got a bench just the weights so exercises just using them would be good.
