Just purchased a new Inno3d 260GTX for a what i thought was a great price but was suprised when i opened the box to see the card below! Its badged as a 192sp but also has a build date of 16/2009 which means its only a few weeks old?

Cant even test it atm as i dont have a cpu for my pc :(

I'm sure they only made 55nm 216SP versions of the 260 with that cooler.

I'd be surprised if it is a 192SP!

Hey guys, I also bought this card and curious about it too.

Everything says its a 192sp model (inc sticker on the card and the bios states 192) but everything i could find on it suggest otherwise:

Well they all say 55nm at least which i assumed should mean 216sp  It uses the same board layout as the gtx275 with no memory chips on the rear so has to be 55nm as far as I know.

It came in a standard Inno3d GTX260 192 box with no mention of the non-reference cooler on it which i thought was odd. Inno3d's site doesn't state the amount of cores, go figure

So I'm convinced that I own a 55nm 192sp GTX260, maybe a different bios would give access to those extra shaders considering they should be there!

Any idea's ?

I wonder if they are failed GTX260-216 55nm, they've just locked off the dodgy cores and sold them as 192's.

Try e-mailing inno3d, see what they say :)

mine was defo 192 & 65nm, it was also a very recent production code on it which made me think it was a 216, but i couldnt for the life of me flash it with a 216 bios :(
