It's pretty much just regular flu.

Personally I would say, what's happening now is a kinda of a pactice for when a really bad one hits. And we do need this practice, so yeah it's all over the top, leaflets etc, but it needs to be done so we know how best to deal with a real nasty bug when that appears down the road.

The face mask thing is pretty laughable & of absolutley no use at all.

Except the one case where someones sneezes directly into the path of another.
It's not impossible, the chances exist.

It's not a preventative, but an aid.

I agree with this guy. Lets all panic and go bonkers so when bid flu does hit, we cant do anything about it. Plus, if we all panic and go bonkers now and everything is fine how many people will take bird flu seriously if that becomes a threat?
