Onions (3 big ones), chop and string in a wok, chopped chillies, soysauce, lil seasoning, let um melt, throw a pack of bean sprouts over the top. Throw whatever meat/tofu you want in the middle of the onions and the sprouts.
Roasted half peppers, serve with a bowl of chopped tin toms thickend with a can of tom puree mixed with pickled onions.

Veg is great if you add the flavour, roast and cook it right.
