But you're missing out on holiday, so it's a day in lieu, not an extra day..?

True, it's in lieu. I should have said that I get an extra day that I can take off whenever I want, which is a bit more useful to me.

I'm going to play Laser Tag, which I haven't done since I was 15, am going to celebrate turning 30 last weekend...

Cleaning the house after the builders have dirtied my nice wooden floors, and then.... dur dur duuuuuur, start on the garden as all the building work has diverted me from even starting on it (its now a jungle!)
