SP3 for XP x64 architecture?

Is Service pack 3 available for the 64 bit version of XP? i have SP2 but cant find SP3 for it, only x86 versions.

XP x64 SP2 is the equivalent of XP x86 SP3 - different codebases, different level of SP

when i try to install gta iv, it says i need service pack 3. i know how to trick it by the registry, but i assumed i do need sp3.

so the x64 version of sp2 is the same as the sp3 on a x86 pc?

No. It's the same as Windows server 2003 SP2.

This. XP x64 shares code with Server 2003.

So when Server 2003 gets a service pack, XP x64 will too. I don't think there will be any more though.

Well I didn't know that. You've quite possibly saved me from wasting time looking for x64 SP3 at some point in the future!
