Yeah I got a text today telling me that from Nokia. Just updating now from 11.0.009 to 20.0.012.

got phone today. Well impressed.using it at the mo. Having probs connecting to internet. Wireless no probs. Like it a lot.gona contact orange tomorrow.

I checked the pc update and v21 wasnt avalible but then tried the OTA update on the phone and it appeared

I just gave the retractable car charger and also official case to my uncle for free as I sent the 5800 back in favour of the HTC! FYI the case is pretty good !

You can do it via the phone with 3G, there's an option in thr phone settings.

Edit, have downloaded the software updater from nokia, but it says it cant find my phone, I have it plugged in via the USB, and I have the PC suite mode selected. Any ideas?

Disconnect it to do the OTA update... it doesnt need to be plugged in. You dont use Nokia PC Suite, you use the settings on the phone itself.

Yes mate, was awful, kept getting scratched with the stylus and my nail. Looked like ti stopped some of the light coming through etc etc.
