Will RADEON HD 4350 run BBC iPlayer HD?

On a P4 3Ghz 2GB XP.

My 8800GT will not.

Some sort of software/driver problem then. Pretty sure iplayer does not use your GPU.

What exactly is the issue with the iplayer ? It's not your graphics card as said.

Have you got the latest flash installed ?

Downloaded, not streamed obviously, HD stutters, all other playback on my 2MB speed is ok.

All latest gfx drivers and Flash.

Flash Beta is meant to use gfx hardware, not on mine yet though. Normal Flash doesn't work either.

2Megabit is not really that much. Get a better connection.

Doenload a few HD movie trailers, such as the Star Trek one and see if you get any stuttering with that

For streaming iPlayer HD you need 3.5MBps or better.

As mentioned above... I found you need a connection capable of a good 4-4.5mbit sustained speeds to be able to stream iplayer HD content...

First check CPU load ( taskmanager) while playing back
If thats ok it's software/codec issue....end off

Pretty much, try installing the K-Lite codec pack if you don't already have it.

I have an 8800GT and have zero issues with iPlayer HD. I'm using the 182.50 drivers.
