Horse crap. There are billions of computers on-line and billions of users, you cannot regulate it or stop people doing what they want. A few hundred employed pen-pushers versus an army of users from serious hackers, though script kiddies and more educated users - you are talking of 10's of millions who would simply circumvent anything like this. Hell, the RIAA has yet to stop illegal downloading, even though it is 10 years since napster was around!

Nah, let them post all the conspiracy theories they want. Just lock them before anyone posts and don't tell them why. In fact, just outright deny that anyone here locked them in the first place.
