Flights to New Orleans?? HELP!! NFL Fans here too..

Thats what we're doing.

We're going to watch them Smash New England in the Superdome.

Fact.

Your going to see a New Saints team this year. Just you wtch.

Watish :D

Damn right sunshine, its gonna happen :D Time to get booking though!!

All the adjustments we've done on defence coupled with our new Def. Coach; GW + our number 1 offence 2 out of the last 3 seasons should see us in good shape deep into the season.

Just checked Nov and it's stil £468 return each, just go to www.ba.com and go through the online booking process :)

£468 seems about as cheep as we will probably get it to be honest. When it comes to the booking of the flight we will probably do a hell of a lot of shopping around before actually purchasing..

The hotels look good too, theres a lot of ncie hotels out there at cheep rates.

Cheapest I could find is 450

Leeds/Bradford > Amsterdam > Detroit > New Orleans.

Guess it isnt going to get much cheaper than that!

EDIT:

Or not. It's £513 with insurance lol. What a fail of a post.

Pretty much but thats cheeper then what i found, do we need insurance?

Loving all the stops though!! :| Are they change overs?

What did u ask lol??

How would you ask them that and how much more would it cost?

It doesn't cost any extra. With the incident on a US carrier a while ago when the person having a panic attack was assumed to be a terrorist and tied to their seat they've become a bit more anxious to prevent this again. I just explain at the check in desk that I suffer from panic attacks in confined spaces and in close proximity to other people. I just ask if there's any way they can either seat me on my own or in a less claustrophobic situation. Even when they couldn't upgrade me they've given me a row of 3 to myself. It's definitely worth mentioning and asking nicely at the check in desk, if check in fails then ask again at the boarding ramp (had equal success there as well). ;)

Quite cheeky but ill give it a go! Haha :D

I went to New Orleans last November/December in a roundabout route but our hub airport in the US was Washington. We actually went ot Orlando via Washington first, stayed in Florida for a week then drove up to New Olreans but our return flights went from Louis Armstrong Airport in NO to Washington to heathrow.

We flew with BA to and from washington and AA internally and I think all in it was approx £500 each although we did buy our tickets when $2 was worth £1 so that made a difference on the internal flights.

EDIT- I'm not suggesting you fly to Orlando BTW. Just suggesting using Washington to New Orleans and back may not be a bad option.
