I've lost all respect for the military.

Having a scrap is one thing but kicking a man in the head when he is on the floor is just going to far even for petty rivalry, what a way to end your army career and spend years in prison and live with the fact you killed a man.

You have lost all respect for the military thanks to a few idiots. I cant say that I'm happy about what those 4 people have done but by no ways does that mean I lost all respect for the military. Most do a great job its Idiots like this that bring the rest of them down.

I have only been in Walkabout once in Bournemouth and some weird looking Albino tried chatting the wife up. Safe to say he nearly got a barstool rammed up his starfish by the missus and we left after our drinks.

Ironic that the officer held on remand for the murder lives on Revenge Close. :)

if i have done my job properly, you will see more of this in the future

Theres a guy we always take the **** out of (We call him Ricin Kid, he's actually over 20 I think) who always comes into the local game shop and talks about slitting peoples throats, making ricin poison (hence his 'nickname'), killing civilians with tactical nukes, speed camera conspiracies, etc. You really remind me of him.

Cheap alcohol, basically.

That, and a lot of utterly moronic kids with no direction going in to the forces just to look tough and give them some vague purpose to their lives.

F
actions of the armed forces fight each other and have done since the dawn of the military.

A mate who is an ex-marine told me a story of when he was in a nightclub with some colleagues when they ran into a bunch of paras.

A fight ensued between them and when doormen came over, they united as a team and fought the doorstaff.

They then made off and drank together in a pub, claiming what a good fight it was.

I don't condone it but then again I don't lose respect for the military as a result.

It is a very work hard play hard ethos.

Absolute morons.. You cant justify that sort of behaviour at all.

I don't condone it but in truth there are many things that I just can't do anything about.

im insulted that you put me in the same category of evil with him, ive been practicing for 10 years now!

Its a sad thing, but has nothing to do with the military. You probably wouldn't care half as much if it wasn't your girlfriends friend that got killed.

Have they? Walked into a load of Scottish squaddies in the pub next to Wetherspoons at the weekend. Didn't seem that bad :P

Actually come to think about it, i think Canterbury City Council cautiously lifted it last year? Although many bars aren't keen on having the squaddies around. Used to cause a bit of trouble, they did.

Happens all the time yea, probably more here than other countries, I've lost respect for the English, **** country, full or total *****, I'm not proud to be English.
