Ouchies. Depending on how sympathetic you're feeling (or think you oughty to be feeling) I'd definitely look at getting some monetry recompense!

I used to have my right eyebrow pierced (as well as various other facial piercings) and was always really paranoid about getting it torn out. Half the times I had my hair snipped whilst wearing it the hairdresser caught it with a comb and gave me a nasty yank =S One of the main factors in ditching it entirely, now that I look back on it!
 
Dude, that absolutley sucks. I really don't know how I would react to that happening to me, are you thinking about taking it any further?

You know what they say though, ear today, gone tomorrow :D
 
he said a small part of his ear. Its not like he is so disfigured now that he must only go outside at night to scavenge for food because his mangled twisted features make children cry.

And the amount of money will be minimal. Well I guess you could say you now have a uncontrollable fear of scissors and women wearing black and are suffering from erectile dysfunctions.

That's not the point; she should not have cut any of his ear off. :p

The salon should be insured for this type of liability, get a solicitor and you should get a decent payout
