I got a pair of Shure SE210s last week. Unfortunately I rushed it, put them in my ear, they came out with a whole load of earwax on them
Now one of the earphones sounded dimmer than the other, obviously because it was blocked by wax
So I cleaned them with the cleaning tool, and one of the ears sounded fine, but the other continued to be slightly dimmer.
I cleaned my ears out with a bit of water, and thought I had dried them completely, but when I put the earphones in, a bit of water got into the hole
, and the sound became almost non existent, all this time the sound in the right ear was fine.
I sent them back
and have a new pair sitting in front of me, I don't want to make the same mistake again. What should I do? Thanks!
