Was out for a few jars saturday night with my nephews dad we went too a nigthclub after sitting in having a drink ,

i live in ayrshire and the local neds/chavs had started too wind up my sisters boyfreind for having a different accent he is from inverness one of the boys kept annoying he said leave it mate go away then the chaps attacked him a intervened too split the fight up and got knocked too the ground there was about 5 of them i got kicked in the face by the chap who had started on my sisters manme and this fella have had a run in the past

[ i hit him with a bike chain one night when i was going home my bike had a puncture and he was holding my bike and threatening too get his mates round too give me a kicking , i hit him with my bike chain and then legged it too the cop shop and i ended up getting arrested for assault and charged because i was honest and told the police i had hit him in self defence ]

anyway back too the original incident my face looks like a melted welly i have too wait a month for a dentist appointment as i am out of work my arm feels broken but should heal in 2 weeks and got loads of cuts n bruises all over was supposed to have a job interview yesterday but been ill in bed feel absolutely drained after this


the police dont seem too care at all

the bouncers from the club and sisters boyfreind are able too give statements too say what has happened , i beleive the boys were arrested after thish appened as we went back into the club

the police reckon i will be counter charged with assault as i was throwing punches just as i was on the ground after taking the kick too the face , the first night i had hit the boy with the bike chain i was just in a state of fear and alarm and it was either him gettin hit or me so i stood my ground, the cops confiscated my bike lock which cost me £20 :( asked me too wait in the cell for a moment didnt inform me i was under arrest and kept me in overnight when he said "come this way we will be a few minutes"



the officers were very unfreindly kept speaking over me

hopefully they have some cctv as my teeth are a mess and so is my face (i still managed too pull a chick after all this on saturday night )

every cloud has a silver lining i suppose :)

scared too go out the house coz i look like a retard



hope the boys in blue can get this fella charged and jailed or whatever coz im not happy and want my teeth back :(

isnt your nephews dad either your brother or brother in law???

its a shame when this sort of thing happens. I barely bother going out to clubs now as people are just so unpredictable.
 
Just for the record it's not self defense if they aren't about to attack you, saying they are going to go and get their mates doesn't really justify hitting someone with a bike chain!

I'll let other people give you stick for your grammar. :p

the guy had a hold of my bike and wouldent let me go home, i couldent cycle away as i had a puncture the fellow had already broke my sunglasses and was holding my bike after this happened i went into a fight or flight mode i had restained him after hitting him wiht my chain then ran to the police station 2 mins round the corner , its not like i went out my way too start a fight wrong place wrong time , sorry too the grammar geeks i type the way i talk and being from scotland its not always perfect in fact far from it

There, fixed.

tl;dr:

Got into a fight with some bloke he's had a run in with before and was charged for. The guy kicked him in the face when he stepped in to defend his sister's boyfriend/husband and had his teeth knocked out for his troubles. He hopes the guy will be charged for it.

I'm from Scotland and have never felt that it was a severe hindrance to my grammatical proficiency.

You attacked the Dude first with a chain for ***** sake & then cry off to the law, Then when properly set about you have no defence, What did you expect ?

Where I was brought up, if you hit a chav or trouble maker then thats the end of it. If you see them again and they have a go for hitting them then hit them again. They soon left me alone anyway and I never involved the Police.

I was never a bully or a trouble maker, I just always stood my ground.

i was on my way home and approached by a chav winding me up wanting too fight me , he started it a panicked and hit him i was sitting on my bike , if it was an officer using a baton would they be the boy whol cried wolf


i was homewards bound and he had a hold of my bike and wouldent let me home he had already went for me when he broke my glasses i wasnt the instigator so its hardly being a grass i wanna live a quite lfe i could get a gang of freinds and go beat him up its not worth it, ave had too deal with losing my brother this year and lowlife scumbags starting fights is the last thing i need
