First ever Modern Warfare 2 gameplay footage

Nope, its another word for poop :p

I like the gameplay I just don't get along with the online side of things since I always have lag in 95% of matches. Great game when Kreeeee has host because it means I get next to no lag and 30+ kills :D

I'm just not a fan of the grenade spam on certain maps and not being able to get a kill even though I unloaded a full M16 clip into him just for him to turn around and snipe me accross the map with a pistol :mad:
 
Some info from various mags about MW2

-No coop (for story)
-Special Forces mode, several missions in the spirit of Mile High Club (may have coop)
-More open ended gameplay
-No infinitely respawning enemies
- Swimming mode enabled.
- A 'Stealthy' Oil pipeline Scuba Mission will be included in campaign mode.
- A level will definetly be based in Rio De Janeiro.
- Siberian Level will feature in campaign mode.
- Vehicles (e.g. Trucks, Tanks etc.) will be introduced into the Modern Era.
- A 'Helicopter Based' Level will be featured.
- An Oil Tanker level will also be featured.
- Ken Lally (Wesker from Resident Evil 5) will be voice acting. Most likely as a Russian villain.

Just need to get numb nuts to buy it then and play on friendly fire servers :D

It's a shame hardcore mode is so poor though, rapid fire guns are far too easy to use and you'd complain even more at the spray and prey deaths even if we could TK butterfingers :(

If it helps I'll be on 50 meg broadband (cable not crappy "upto" ADSL) by the time it's released so I should get the host more often.
 
Just have to complain at him at the next LAN ;) He said he wasn't duying Duke 3D but he did :p (and he was right we never did play it properly once he bought it :D)
 
I'll be disappointed if there is no online co op. saying that though I'll probs go straight into mp just like I did with cod 4.

Same, still never played CoD4 past training :p
 
I'm glad to see they have gone back to the modern warfare, getting fed up of the ww2 series to be honest.

Saw the trailer on youtube and it does look very pretty!

Where do they go from here though? they are bound to do a future warfare or something similar.

I think I heard there's been a couple of wars inbetween present day and WW2, but it might just be me.
