Ok so im nearly at the end of my diet and instead of a slice of toast and a nettle tea for breakfast i would like to have cereal instead, any people out there know which cereal would be a healthy choice and have a little more flavour than toast ?, any help is appreciated :)

Special K with berries is really good. As is Oats and More with raisins/honey.

If your feeling wicked, Sugar Puffs or Crunchy Nut Cornflakes :)

I always have two weetabix as a base, then top the bowl up with any other cereal.

This time it's Mini weetabix Choc Chip.

For me this week its Cornflakes.

Best ones are - Weetos, Crunchy Nut, Coco-Pops or Rice Crispies. Although not sure of the healthy side of things!

Special K is like eating cardboard. It tastes of nothing. If you're after something like it, then get a decent museli.

Personally, I eat Crunchy Nut :)

tbh muesli is the only healthy cereal worth eating. Special k is alright, has a slightly sweet taste.
Wheatabix, shredded wheat, corn flakes, you need at add sugar else they taste of cardboard so they're a waste of time.

I don't tend to eat cereal much though, i can't stand cold food for breakfast, as a snack it's alright.
