Interesting, he got a lot of bids, sent him a question, maybe its beta version or something, he said:

"HELLO,
IT 'S NOT A PRE RELEASE.IT'S NEW.
OTHERS ARE BUYING NOW IF YOU WANT,SO YOU COULD DO TOO.
THANKS"

Well, ill wait until next week anyway, see his feedback.
and will probably get an Orange one or wait for the 25th for Sim-Free version.
Lets keep waiting...

EDIT:But I asked for a picture of the box, but he didnt send it, probably fake...

OH BTW, does only this online shop doesnt have stock until next week and other shops do have it already, or its not available anywhere yet?

It definitely, definitely is not out in Italy yet. In fact, the open market (unbranded) version is shipping to anywhere yet. The eBay ad is a scam.

Some more i8910 info coming to light from the UK. Orange have put various adverts out in the daily papers today. Not sure which version they are going to be selling though. Maybe both?

Yeah the link to the 8gb version is old, but check out the second link. Shows a 16gb version on the orange website. Looked back over the pages, and cant see any reference to this.

8Gb; 16Gb exists but no ranging plans for the UK as yet (prohibitive pricing and likely stock shortages due to memory market).

Do you think they are all selling air?

A: I have the phone in stock, I just won't be able to ship it out immediately. I am in Korea right now on vacation and bought the phone in a special event directly from the SAMSUNG Flagship Store in Korea. That's how I manage to get the phone so much earlier than others. Yea, I thought the same, he will be able to ship it on the 22nd anyway (if this story is true...), and on the 25th the SIM-Free version should be released.

So yea, I guess ill just wait patiently until next week

My local Orange shop has a dummy model now. Good if you want to check out the dimensions (even if you can't check out just how stunning the screen is).

"Next week" - that's as good as it gets right now

I'm told the reason for the delay is "Orange testing" so not actually a shortage of stock, just a teething problem I guess.

When i rang Orange i was told it's currently in testing and didnt know when it was going to be released.

I rang today also and was told by Orange that they wont have any until at least the end of May possibly early June, im wanting one as an upgrade so i guess i'll have to "get in line" and wait untill the pre-orders are sent out first

They did mention testing was the reason for delay also

I'd happily have the phone with a 'software issue' and update it when the new firmware becomes available.
