Rich toffs? Isn't that a bit tired now. The class war is over and we are one big middle class mess. Labour is not exactly the champion of the working classes (or anyone else) now, is it?

Class war is most certainly over for the vast majority of people - not for the Tories though.

And not for Labour either.

They are always bringing it up in PMQ's and interviews always sniping at the tories, who actually have (most of them) made something of themselves and made money, rather than the labour scum who are basically lifes failures, left uni with only sociology degree and think they can run a country and force their social engineering onto everyone.

I'd rather a tory government who know how to run things like company's and make money than some leftie drop out, who's only fortune comes from filling an expense form in.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the Tories basically privatize a ton of companies and services, with those ending up far worse than they were before?

And I should point out to you that the Tories have been claiming expenses too. What a surprise.

Don't turn this into a Labour vs Tory thing either, they are just as bad as each other. British politics is horrible. It says a lot about the state of the 'system' when the people vote parties out and not in. For the last few governments in power, they only won because people had enough of the other one.

Last time i voted was 1983. I was young, stupid and thought these politco types had my best interests at heart.

Thing is, there comes a point when you realise, that these people who turn up on your doorstep every four years or so, are just another form of cancer.

Lib dems, every time. It's about people not money, contrary to what the conservatives believe.
Labour just aint cutting it at the moment.

I wouldn't vote for the lib dems as I believe they would keep the floodgates open with regards to immigration. They'd also let child molesters get jobs as midwives and babysitters* :p

*may not be true

Probably Lib Dem. Or if I think a local represents what I believe then them.

PS Never voted Labour and never will over my dead body, and my reasoning has been born out over the last 12 years.

Lib dem is just a waste of a vote in my opinion and as for labour? No thank you.

I really wish the public would vote for what they believe rather than seeing it as an either - or, of the two main parties. No vote is wasted, the only wasted vote is those that abstain.

Two of the three main political parties have sensible, coherent plans to get Britain out of this global recession. The other party has a plan to make the recession much, much worse by making cuts to essential public services and decimating the value of contracts given out to private sector companies. I'm predicting we could see record unemployment rates of over 4 million if the third party gets in, which sadly I think they will - and all in the name of tax cuts for the very highest earners :(

Needless to say, I'll be voting for the Lib Dems, but only because Labour can't win in my constituency.

A plague on all their houses.

After the recent corruption none of them deserve one vote.

Only if the UK electorate vote for anybody but the three main parties will something be done about corrupt and other shady practices.

The public, given six months and Big Brother 6,000,094 or some other idiotic reality show will forget all about it and vote for the usual "dishonourable" shower.

One thing I admire about the French, they take direct action but the Brits are as the Aussies like to remind us just "Whinging Poms".
