Birds (Identify)

Hey,

today while washing the dishes etc,

while looking out the window there was two tiny little birds, they were dark brown/with light coloured chests and had like red/orange caps on there head?

any idea i cant find what they might be.

one had a dandelion grasped in its foot, and was eating the seeds off it.

definitely not a wren mate, they almost looked exotic.

firecrest seems along the right lines, but im still not convinced..there was only 2 so i imagine they stick together in pairs. and when i say orange/red i mean bright!

goldcrest is nearly there too, but it was bright orange/red, instead of yellow/gold
