I want to get a new graphics card, 4850..?

Erm, have you checked that your machine takes an ATX PSU? I have worked on similar machines and they're not always ATX, which can be a real problem when trying to upgrade. Not sure if this is true in the latest from that store, but certainly has happened on machines from there.

Erm, you have to explain these things a bit more man, I'm no expert in this, like how to check. Good morning also :)

just make sure your new psu has the same conections for the mobo that you old 1 had i.e the 20 or 24 pin plug, and make sure that your gfx card is the right 1 i.e pci-e or agp

It wasn't the connections that were the problem iirc, it was the different dimensions of the unit itself. The width/height of the screw holes on the back should be ATX standard, you can check that way.

The height between screw holes should be 64mm, and the separation of widest lengthways screwholes should be 138mm, with the closer together pair being 114mm. Hard to explain without a diagram, so here. Page 29.

He can't post a link to it because it's from a competitor. It's a prebuilt machine from a well known store, and so it's not that simple unfortunately.

I doubt you wil be able to find your case as it wil be only available to the company in question, so specs can be hard to find. Im pretty sure most will fit. Easyest way is to look at the screw lay out, draw it on paint n post it here. (or photo...ya know, what evers easyesst:-) )
I think your card atm is pci-e, but im not 100% sure. I have the 4850 xXx and its good. It doesn't over heat, infact in tests it comes out cooler with its fansink combo than most others in the same range.
You also have the option of hdmi out, so if your lucky enough to have a fancy tv you can always wap it on there for gaming setions ;-)

Ok guys im back :) Sorry for the long wait, i finally have enough money, £230 altogether. New suggestions for PSU/graphics card? ;)
Also, i think you guys already know i wasn't able to return it.

Here is the layout of the screws for my psu, this is a basic crappy drawing of the back of my pc.

Thats exactly how they are, Notice the top right screw isn't directly in the corner like the bottom 2 are, neither is the top left. Also trying to get pics of the inside.
