Ben Stiller on Jonathan Ross

He did look really really uncomfortable :S

Maybe he wasn't well or something, he didn't really look it. He looked very uneasy.

Rather than getting entertaining, interesting people on the show like he used to when it was on BBC2, Jonathan now has to put up with every tom dick and harry wanting to push and promote whatever they're just about to release. So he gets a lot of people that either a) don't want to be there but their management has set it up for them and b) he gets people that aren't necessarily entertaining or funny, but are there to just promote their latest stuff.

Graham Norton's show on the other hand tends to be a lot funnier these days.

Ben stiller went there to promote his poor attempt of a film which is meant to be a comedy and sits there with a face like a smacked arse. Hes a douche.

Probably because people were expecting him to be funny as he was introduced as a 'comedian'. People like Ben Stiller are only funny with a script to be honest. Don't think I've ever seen him do a funny interview.

That would be the show where Graham Norton does lots of 'entertaining things', and every now and then remember he actually has some guests? :)

I find the guests on Graham Norton are just a wasted opportunity... and basically there just as window dressing.

Yes it's entertaining, but he doesn't really interview them, or even really chat to them...

I think Ben Stiller didn't want much to be there judging from his body language and how he answered a lot of the questions.

However, I think he was a bit peeved at JR since none of his questions were that interesting or insightful, and their humour just didn't match up right at all. It did seem a bit like JR had not done his research very well and was just asking what i'm sure Ben get's asked by fans almost every day. It was disappointing since i'm a big fan of some the movies he's been in, and usually JR's questions are quite well-aimed and thoughtful. This time he seemed to even wing it a little. Not sure what's going on there really.

I thought that with his Eminem interview.

To be fair, i would be a tad annoyed having to stop on my way out just to do that stupid look. Its probably like a catch phrase to Ben, just something that is now extremely old for him cause at the time of Zoolander, that was probably all he done in every interview he had for promoting the movie.

What you have to remember is that no matter how hard you prep things can go a little pear shaped. IMO ben stiller would not have given any effort to the interview even if JW has the best questions in the world to ask him, He just didnt want to be there.

He did it in the green room before coming on without being asked to.
