Tidy case - How do you do it?

Sombody has way too much free time on their hands to do all that braiding haha, looks great though! :D

I've spent today hacking away at my case, gonna start a thread once all my photos are uploaded, but heres an after shot :)

The holes arent the best cut in the world, it was the first time Ive used a dremel in about 4 years haha. Gonna get some of that plastic edging to cover it up a bit I think

Edit: Oh, and I plan to change the fans soon, hence the rubbish cable on the rear fan :p

Second Edit haha: Also for anyone wondering about graphics card, its currently being RMA'd with BFG, should be back this week. The fact my PC isnt working is kinda why I did the mods, just had spare time rather than gaming

I'd love to have the time and patience for all that braiding too, I guess if it's your full time job then it's different!

Yeah you need some blowhole trim for edging that cut out Ducky Spud - I used some duck tape as a temp measure but have now got the proper stuff - send me an email in trust if you need supplier details :)

One of the major improvements in the Antec Performance 1 series was to give a little extra space behind the mobo tray for cable routing. However, there are not enough useful holes on the tray imo, but i'll upload some pics of my cable management when i've rebuilt this machine (again!). The P182 i've got is particularly nice as the inside is black, and i'm thinking of braiding a lot of the cables to make it neater. How much should I expect to pay to get braid and heatshrink for SATA cables? The PSU I have already has nice power cables.

Having a case with good cable management is of great benefit when trying to create a tidy case, being able to route your cables behind the mobo makes things a lot neater.

The cables that are going to be visable sata, pci-e, etc i try to cable tie cable sthat are routed in the same direction o make things a bit neater.

Yeah my cooler (same one) is on its side with the fan facing my case top fan. Some very nice systems out there, shame I cant do the same. Got antect 900 and a psu with as many cables as you can imagine.
