anyone got webspace with bt? need quick help

i'm trying to put up a site for a friend who has some webspace with bt but none of the ftp details he has provided seem to be working .

hoping someone here also has some space with bt and know what i'd need to put in each field? i need host and login, obviously not his host and login but if say i need to put [email protected] as login or just myfriend etc and same for host.

i have tried so many ways but none are working

sorry i know this should be in html area but need quick response

Host/server name

ftphost.btconnect.com

Username

Your unique web space name, that is, the part of the URL that comes after:
home.btconnect.com/

Password

The FTP password you set up when you activated your free web space.

Note: Your FTP password can be reset in the Your account area. For more information, please see Your FTP password.

Upload directory

You should place your website files in the /public folder on your web space. This folder is created automatically when your website is activated.

It is just the space he got with his BTConnect broadband? Its different if not.
