As far as I know this is early test footage (year+ old), this was posted on another forum,

So they finally showed this video, it's over a year old, can't wait to see what it looks like now, from what I hear, it's amazing. Wanted to post about this for so long but was asked kindly by my source not to say anything because at the time, few people had been shown the trailer.

Beautiful as expected.

I saw a screenshot of the chain at the start well over a year ago (maybe even 2 years ago?) so it certainly is old. I wonder if this is the game that the BBC dude was banging on about a 'secret' viewing of ages back.

Have you played the other Team ICO games? If you have, then you know Team ICO make games no one else makes.

This looks promising but we still don't know what it is. I'm guessing it'll be a mix of SOTC and Ico.
 
Not played them so maybe that's what I'm missing. Not at all trying to diss the thread, was just curious about what was so special :)

Dont think so, the BBC thing was a SCEE project, this is SCEJ.
 
Shadow of the Colossus is an example of what the ageing PS2 hardware is capable of, so imagine what Team ICO can do for the PS3 if they spend a lot of time working with it.

The BBC thing is possibly, GT5.
Why did BBC people get to see whatever the "amazing thing is" unless of course whatever it is is BBC intellectual property.

My hunch is with GT5, the BBC of course having "Top Gear Track" Officially within the game and maybe options like racing the Stig or a Stig/Top Gear tutorial. Hey, who knows but something like that is a possibility or an unnanounced BBC (ip) Television series/game tie in for the future.

Lets hope though its not "Last Of The Summer Wine" :D

Regards this video, looks nice, well aninimated and nice music too, certainly got quality but really ingame isnt going to be the same. Might as well look like a pre renered animination, like a Pixar movie if its video off a Blu Ray.

I hope nothing awful happens to your pet rat in this game. I nearly blubbed my eyes out when Agro broke his leg.
