Had a mate who worked at Google, she hated it in the end. She said at first it is great having like EVERYTHING you need on tap at work, but before you realise it you are spending more and more time at the office working because you don't need to go home and all your colleagues are there. Hours were long and if you worked out your hourly rate it was barely worth it.
Lets face it, anyone who doesn't feel like they need to leave the office doesn't have much of a life outside it anyway. And as for your colleagues all being there... yup, that's what happens in workplaces.
