As for the image, I'm guessing he replaced it and you've got a cached copy which hasn't refreshed. One of the links wasn't edited out and so I looked - it appears to be OK now. Ctrl+F5 it and see if that sorts it out.

Probably none, either way the "letter" is not in anyway epic. The only thing that is slightly amusing are the things he's claimed to have done not the letter itself, it's not particularly well written or funny.
