All good, apart from the bread, IMO you need sesame covered bagels. Obviously IMO. Maybe I am too used to salt beef bagels via Brick lane?.. Can anyone else back me up with that?

Agreed your letting your self down with bread like that, you need fresh season bread not plain freshly defrosted stuff..

Defrosted? It was straight from the supermarket shelf to my mouth, who the hell freezes bread anyway? Plus, how could i do bacon rolls without any rolls?

they do for long distance travel, And i do i always buy a extra loath cos fate aways intervenes when making sandwhiches and leaves you with 3 peices instead of four...
what you should use is fresh tiger loaf. Thick crust and beutiful taste that brings off the bacon taste perfectally.

I was just eating some bacon and cheese toasties as i read this. Too tasty but i feel i am not long for this world.

Cheese and crackers does not go well with bacon mind.

If I wanted a bacon buttie then I would, but it's pretty difficult to make bacon baps with normal bread.

I was not on about bacon baps for the record. I'm just saying the right loaf of bread can make a bacon sandwich!

Actualy i guessed, but i'm going to assume it's right because if i'm wrong it's a very small chance, i'm willing to take the risk. Wonder if it's a bad thing to underestimate bacon in this case.
