Arsenal's Fabregas charged by FA

What the hell, so apparently Fabregas was cleared over a week ago, but they've delayed releasing the verdict for no apparent reason.

Arsenal didn't even send Fabregas to the hearing because they were showing video evidence that the Hull stuff were long since down the tunnel while fabregas was still on the pitch. So its 100% proven that well, everyone at Hull was completely and utterly lying, its insane. Not only that Brown lied so ridiculously, but that despite missing all the deadlines the FA did their best to push this into a hearing by allowing them to put in evidence, which was essentially their allegation in writing and nothing else, way later than they should without Hull even asking for some extra time.

Its like they are purposefully doing everything they could to prolonge this whole farce and leave it hanging over Fabregas.

The suggestion is that Hull don't need this story hanging over them for this weekends game, but considering they are completely wrong and proven liars, why it should hang over Fabregas's shoulders even longer to help hull, its just all so utterly ridiculous.

I am assuming that someone at Arsenal leaked the verdict, but leaking it instead of just releasing a statement you also assume they were asked/told not to make a statement till it was officially announced, which is again very strange.

I actually feel a little sorry(maybe) for HOrton as it would seem he's been backed into a corner, tell everyone his boss is a complete liar or make a false statement. What made Brown insane and started this whole thing though who will ever know.

EDIT:- I actually guess theres a slim chance the FA did a good thing, Brown could have made the allegations, missed the deadline and simply acted for years that he wasn't lying and left the mark on Fabregas's name, the FA by making it clear they'd get all the time in the world did I guess force the truth out, force Brown/horton to put their lies in writing and proved the whole thing was completely untrue. But why the FA were now delaying the verdict getting out I can't explain at all, the whole things been bizarre from the start.

Word has it that the video evidence actually showed Horton etc. walking down the tunnel at a completely different time to Fabregas so it was a complete Fabrication. Awful, awful thing for Hull to do.

Shame on Hull City.
Phil Brown, what a tool.

Bad Loser.

oh i'm sorry, maybe all you arsenal fans are forgetting that it's well documented that in his school days Fabregas won school championships in distance spitting. and pizza tossing. for shame.

I think relegation would be a fitting way to end the season. Not sure if it will happen, but I lost a lot of respect after what they did.

Completely agree with you....i really do hope they do go down and languish in the Championship for the forseeable future.

But i hope Man Utd give them a right good spanking this weekend:D

I actually think its all Brown, taking the club down, to be fair Hull came up and tried to play football, they aren't the only team who panicked halfway into the season and completely changed their style, Villa come to mind. Brown completely lost his mind and has taken the club with him. AS said it was him that first decided to lie about the whole thing, lied about Wenger, had a go at the ref, the fans, he literally broke under the pressure. Horton its very hard to tell, seems to me he was rather dragged into the situation, rock and a hard place, back up your manager, or probably get fired for outing his lies.

I honestly can't remember the pizza thing, i mean i remember the general gist of the story, was it ever stated it was Fabregas that threw the pizza, did utd players through anything, brawl between both teams, I just can't remember the specifics.

AS for claiming he's spat before, the SINGLe time it was claimed before Bayern's owner came out and made a statement to the fact he absolutely didn't spit on Ballack.

Goes to show you should never trust the word of someone that 'hears a who' no matter how long they've been in management ;)

If you're referring to Ballack, then no - the German simulated it to try and get him booked. Even the German coach came out and said Cesc didn't flob.

We're more going on the fact at what Hull did and how they did it. Being a sore loser is one thing, but then claiming events happened in the way that they did is just a blatent and utter lie. Funniest thing about it is a fair bit afterwards, Phil Brown wished that the situation he created himself wasn't in the public limelight as much. Idiot.
