Yvette Fielding on Jonathan Ross tonight...

Maybe, maybe not. Either way, that's not the point. The point is that he's being paid £6 million a year to do something that other people could do quite easily for sensible money. How is his salary justified?

Well why do you think he's the one doing it? Let me see, because he's good at his job? Surely he doesn't deserve £6 million for it but would you turn £6 million down? BBC are clearly making a profit so therefore his salary is more than justified from the employers perspective.

What field? What knowledge?

Field- Television- Do you have any experience of working for a broadcasting company? Could you crack jokes in front of millions of viewers?

Jonathan Ross is a duplicitous ****! Firstly, he's fawning all over whatever movie star is on his show and telling them just how awesome their new film is, and then a few weeks later he's slagging said film off on Film 09 (or whatever year it is).

Friday Night With Jonathan Ross = Guest show

Film 09 = Film critisism

Do you think that he's going to get many guests coming on if he puts down their film? Especially when the majority only come on the show to promote it.

Argh she's annoying, pretending to talk to dead people is pretty childish, can't understand how people think it's real and watch the crap on TV.

Nothing wrong with Ross, I think he's great.

Please please please let him take the mick out of her over how genuine her program is - Please!

But I still recon he won't be allowed to mention Derek!

Well why do you think he's the one doing it?

Because he's popular and good at his job.

Let me see, because he's good at his job?

You missed "popular".

Surely he doesn't deserve £6 million for it but would you turn £6 million down?

Naturally not. But I'm glad to see you agree he doesn't deserve £6m.

BBC are clearly making a profit so therefore his salary is more than justified from the employers perspective.

"BBC are making a profit... his salary is more than justified". Not the world's greatest argument there, particularly coming after "Surely he doesn't deserve £6 million for it".

Yes I do; some years of experience, as it happens. I used to work for ABC radio as a voice actor in radio plays, and later featured in a short film for ABC TV. My grandparents also worked for the ABC (radio announcer & radio plays), as did my mother (scriptwriter). My grandfather later became a prominent film producer and director, with many international awards to his credit.

Anything else you'd like to know?

Could you crack jokes in front of millions of viewers?

Absolutely. Hell, my plumber could do that (they wouldn't be brilliant jokes, mind). ;)

Of all the things to get worked up about, Yvette Fielding? You must have gone absolutely balistic about the antcis of Pol Pot

Indeed! The antcis was unbelievable... How he managed to get those lips onto that insect... Well I just can't understand it!
