Biostar for sure, Asrock and Gigabyte apparently too. It's not the southbridge by itself.
As far as I can work out you have approx a 1 in 3 chance with it, approx 1/3 will run absolutely fine (940 chips cut down to meet quotas?), 1/3 will run at a reduced clock and 1/3 won't play at all. Obviously it's not quite as clear cut as that, but that's an approximation of how it seems to be working out (personal observation)
