MONACO Grand Prix 2009 - Race 6/17 Official GP Thread

Yes! Go the Force Indias!

Real shame about Hamilton, he's driven his socks off in every race and this weekend for once he looked like he might be a real contender and he throws it away like that.

BMWs are terrible this year - full stop.

Toyotas seem to be good in a straight line, less so when there are lots of low speed corners etc.

What you are forgetting is that Danny is an Ex F1 championship winning driver and knows exactly what it takes to get through Q1.

Why the sarcy comment it's pretty obvious to all but the biggest idiot you don't need to nail the car in q1 when you easily have the beating of the cars behind you.

He was driving to stay in the top 15, perhaps you would like to say the same about RB touching the barriers, in a Brawn, a car sure to be in the top 10!

Oh get real he would easily have made Q2 without going ballistic. As Heiki has shown. Yeah I would say the same about rubens, no point binning it when you can easily get in the Q2.

Well actually the time he had set prior to loosing it, got him to 16th, so unless I have lost all sense of calculation, which I don't think I have...he was right to be pushing. Whats your problem with an excellent driver pushing the car to its limits, perhaps you prefer an average driver in an excellent car winning (yes Im talking about JB)???

EJ is a complete tool. Just leave the whole KERS thing.

Brilliant drive from the Force India's... I bet Vijay wished he was there instead of watching a bit of Cricket :p

Promising stuff from the Ferrari's.

Its about time Rosberg does something in qualifying and in the race, he certainly has the pace!

I've got to the point where I dread hearing them mention KERS now because without FAIL Eddie will get on his soapbox about how he thinks it's crap and shouldn't be in F1.

YES Eddie we know you don't like it you've been telling us that ad nausium since race BLEEDIN ONE!!

Makes no odds he didn't need to push a car for the first 3 or 4 slots in Q1. Especially a car thats not the best. It's ruined his weekend over nothing.
