Good game - very slick. Not as good as Assassins Creed with the climbing and jumping mechanics imo - still good though.
Got the feeling it might become a little repetitive, depends what missions are like i guess and how much depth the characters and story has. I would also like the option to zoom into the action a bit more. (change the view). Didnt like getting critical sniper hits from enemies i can barely see and have no problem hitting me despite me jumping and dodging all over the place.
Graphics - very good better than Bionic Commando anyway. not sure if they are better than GTA IV (theres a certain style to GTAIV graphics). Experienced no slowdown with all the explosions going on.
i like that it doesnt overly handhold you. (as in big luminous colours around mission objects onscreen etc. Talking about how to start the train up)

very crisp, colourful nicely done effects - although stuff in the distance has a hazy look to it bit like GTAIV
... The story seems solid, but I can tell this is going to get boring after a few hours of play. The climbing is a little weird, and just seems like your bouncing off walls and warping to objects you can balance on, e.g. lamp post. The electric novelty got old towards the end of the demo. I felt like there was no point in re-charging half the time.
